Warranty Policy

Every Petal is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment under normal use and in compliance with the operating instructions. This warranty is not transferable and extends only to the original purchaser and is only valid when supplied with proof of purchase.

All units will ship with a Petal Authentication Label (PAL) affixed to its outer packaging. Your PAL contains the product serial number, QR code, and simple instructions on how to activate your warranty upon receipt of the unit.

To ensure the best possible level of service, PAL activation validates the successful delivery of your unit and allows for prompt and stress-free remediation in the event damage to your product was incurred during shipping or transit.

Your PAL also makes it easy to register your Petal and extend your warranty by an additional 12 months.

Within the U.S., warranty conditions may differ from state to state. The warranty is valid only in the original country of purchase. This warranty is subject to the conditions set forth by country in which the items were purchased. So if you order your Petal from Texas or Toronto, but plug it in in Europe, we can't help you. Petal will not ship replacement or repair parts outside the country of purchase. Petal will provide replacement parts or conduct repairs as determined fitting by the company.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Defects caused by misuse or poor maintenance
  • Damage caused by corrosion mold or rust
  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear
  • Repairs or modifications carried out by a third party
  • Product purchased from an unauthorized retailer
  • Second owners and users other than the registrant
  • Damage resulting from airline shipping and handling
  • Products involved in an accident

Petal reserves the right to determine if warranty terms and conditions have been met. This product is not intended for commercial use, and accordingly, such commercial use of this product will void this warranty. All other guarantees, express or implied, are hereby disclaimed.

We understand that Petals will sometimes find their ways into the homes of those who are not the original purchasers. For second owners, our support team is happy to provide spare or additional parts for a reasonable cost.

Money-Back Guarantee and Refunds

If at any time you are unsatisfied with your Petal, you can return it within 100 days of its shipping date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and Handling.

If your return is due to having received a wrong or incomplete product, or your product was damaged upon receipt, Petal will pay the return shipping costs. For all other return reasons, you are responsible for return shipping costs using a shipping method with delivery confirmation or signature confirmation.

To receive your refund, your Petal must be returned in working condition and in its original packaging.
